Refund Policy

There are no exchanges or rain checks or refunds (event if the summit date is changed by the organizer ).  In the event of a date change your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you misplaced your ticket, you will be charged a fee - up to full ticket price for a replacement.

The Panelist lineup for We Rise Experience™ is subject to change.

VIP tickets cannot be downgraded or exchanged at any point.

Ticket payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

TRANSFER & UPGRADE POLICY

If you purchased a ticket and are suddenly unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to someone else until the cut-off date. The cut-off date is January  15, 2025. After the cut-off date, transfers will no longer be allowed. Please be advised that your tickets cannot be passed on to someone else. Instead, an official transfer must be completed by We Rise Experience™. Only then will the transfer individual’s name be placed on the attendee guest list.

Please be advised that We Rise Experience™ reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend ticket transferring for any reason.

 

We Rise Experience™ is not responsible for finding an attendee for your transfer request.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Please note that the event will serve alcohol, including all seminars and receptions therefore We Rise Experience is restricted to those aged 19 and over. 

 

ENTRY TO THE EVENT:

 Doors open 30 minutes prior to event start time.
