  • What are the WRE 2024 Ticket Options?

  • What if I purchased a General Admission Ticket for November 2 (The Main Event), do I have to purchase another ticket for (Cocktails & Convo) for November 1?
    Yes, you will need to buy a separate ticket for each day. We are not offering a combo ticket for both days for General Admission. The only all access option for the full weekend is purchase a VIP Ticket.

  • Is there a minimum age to attend the We Rise Experience™?
    ​Yes, all attendees must be 19 or over.
  • Will tickets be sold at the door? ​
    Tickets will not be available at the door for purchase.
  • Are ticket upgrades allowed?
    No, we are not allowing any ticket upgrades.
  • Are tickets refundable or transferable? ​
    Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions. If the event is postponed your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date of the summit.
  • Are group tables available for purchase?​
    Yes, we are selling corporate sponsorship tables only. These tables are sold at a premium as it's considered a sponsorship.
  • I noticed that you are having a sale, but I already purchased my ticket. Can I get a refund for the difference?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. If you purchased your tickets before our sale, discounts can’t be offered at a later date.
  • Are you looking for volunteers for this event? I would love to be a part of the We Rise Experience team?
    We are always looking for event industry students that want to gain more experience in the event industry. Please send your resume to info@weriseexperience.com and put Volunteer for WRE 2024 in the subject line.
  • Should I bring anything?
    Please bring government ID (to present to the registration desk upon entry) and business cards (if desired) for networking.
  • ​Need a hand?
    If you are hearing impaired, handicap or need additional assistance, please reach out to info@weriseexperience.com before purchasing your ticket so we can make sure you have a seamless experience at the event.
  • ​What should I wear?
    The dress code is fashion-forward and trendy. Come dressed to impress and ready for all the photo opportunities.
  • Someone offered to sell me their ticket on social media, would it be valid?​
    We Rise Experience™ is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources. Only purchase We Rise Experience™ tickets from the official We Rise Experience™ Eventbrite ticketing page. If you decide to purchase a ticket from another individual, you risk purchasing a fake or invalid ticket. We Rise Experience™ is the only individual who can transfer tickets from one guest to another in order to be considered valid. If an individual is offering to sell their ticket to We Rise Experience™, ask them to initiate a ticket transfer and your payment will be processed securely through We Rise Experience™.
  • ​There are no more available tickets online, what are my options?​
    Seating is limited for this event. If the tickets are sold out, we do not have any more. However, if you want to be added to our waitlist, please email info@weriseexperience.com. If tickets become available, you will be notified and must be prepared to pay in full. Also, watch out WRE Instagram for updates if any tickets come up at the last minute. It's important to put on your post notifications.
  • Will attendees be photographed and/or videoed at the event?​
    Yes, attendees will be photographed and/or videoed throughout the event. When purchasing a ticket, the individual agrees and provides their consent of being captured on photo and/or video for We Rise Experience™ purposes.
  • Are attendees allowed to record and/or take pictures throughout the event?​
    Although we encourage attendees to capture the We Rise Experience™, we remind you not to be obstructive or in the way of the We Rise Experience™ media teams. Mobile photography/video of yourself is permitted. However, photography with a camera or professional equipment is not permitted. All activities, speakers and/or performances are not permitted to be filmed, recorded and/or live streamed on any device.
  • What is the closest airport to the venue?
    Toronto Pearson International (airport code is YYZ) is about 15 minutes away from the WRE 2024 venue.
  • Where should I book my hotel?​
    We Rise Experience™ is taking place in the City of Vaughan. Please feel free to research hotels in the Vaughan & Pearson International Airport area. Some suggested hotels in the area would be: Novotel Toronto Vaughan Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/ Vaughan Avid Hotel Toronto - Vaughan Springhill Suites by Marriott Toronto Vaughan Please note: Downtown Toronto is about 40 minutes away. If you choose to stay in that area please be aware of the travel time.
